company started in 1974
We an IATF 16949 company started in 1974 . We are indulged in Manufacture & Machining of ‘Ready to Assemble & Sub-assembled” Grey Iron & SG Iron Castings components. We are single location integrated foundry and machine shop. Currently producing 12000 MT per annum fully machined casting and is expanded to 15000 MT per annum.
Our facilities include: Laboratory with spectrometer, image analyzer, mechanized sand plant, Arpa machine moulding lines, cold box core making, induction furnace, shot blasting machine, stress relieving treatment furnace, painting booth, conventional machine shop, CNC machine shop with VMC’s. We have also setup new modern HMC shop with new Makino’s Enshu’s, Hyundai machines. Also our facility is equipped witL new 3D CMM, CNC model, high pressure cleaning machine, pressure testing equipments and export packing department.
